Thanks, Wendy. Ten thousand YWO members and at least for this month I have the number one comedy entry of all time. If I were British, I'd say I'm right "chuffed" or something like that, but as an American I can only guess what it means.

I used to think it meant someone in need of the Heimlich maneuver, but that's not quite right, is it?

"Chuffed," is obscure in origin, but apparently, may be connected to the word "chuffe" (meaning "cheeks"). More commonly used in the northern half of England, it means "pleased" or "happy" which is an accurate description of how you must, and deserve to feel.

Congratulations to all Top Tenners.

Well done top tenners - I'm not jealous at all (!)

Seriously, Chris knows I think highly of his work and Kasia, although I've not read 'X & Y' I have read other pieces of yours and think you have a great talent. Well deserved, all of you.

Congratulations Top Tenners! Well deserved!

I would also like to congratulate the longevity Best Seller entrants Cope-Walker, Jennifer Sowle, and B.F. Thor for their works Symbolic Behavior Emporium, Two for the Crow and Old Horses respectively. A lot of labor and reviews to get in this way, and they all deserve a round of applause.

Thanks, Clairann and BillMc, and to all for your best wishes.

I've read several other pieces that have 'graduated' this month - and some that haven't - I can't help feeling my success was a fluke!
